General Delivery Information
We offer delivery free of charge to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland based on a minimum order of €100.
Orders less than €100 will be subject to a delivery charge of €7.00. This is due to significant increases in transportation & courier costs.
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 24 hours of receipt of orders, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Our warehouse is closed Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, public holidays.
Please allow 2 - 3 working/business days for delivery.
Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and, should this occur, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or by telephone.
Delivery times are usually between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Deliveries will need a signature upon receipt.
For your convenience, we are happy to deliver to your work address.
All goods signed for are received in good condition any shortages or incorrect orders must be reported immediately.
Orders reported to have been short or damaged after our POD is signed will not be accepted as these goods should have been reported at time of delivery.
Delivery shall be at the Customer's premises stated on the purchase order, unless otherwise agreed.

Can somebody else sign for my purchase?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods. C&T K9 Services Ltd does not take responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for.

How long does it normally take to receive my order?
All deliveries dispatched, generally arrive within 2 to 4 working/business days.

Should you wish to have your order delivered to an alternative address please state this in the shipping address section.
Items that are sent to an address, other than that of the card billing address, may be subject to confirmation with the card holder.
